Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement — for example by e-mail to contact@decodestocks.com or by letter to the address above. You may use the model withdrawal form reproduced below, but it is not obligatory. The simplest route is the withdrawal function (/withdrawal); no sign-in is required. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay. If your order was processed through Sold through Link, LLC as merchant of record, the Link support channel shown during checkout and on the payment receipt is additionally available to you.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. Your access to the paid functions ends with the effective withdrawal.

Performance started before the period ends

DecodeStocks is a digital service within the meaning of § 327 of the German Civil Code (BGB). We do not claim compensation for the services we have provided up to your withdrawal.

Under § 356 (5) BGB the right of withdrawal in the case of a service expires only once we have fully performed it, you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired, and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance. We do not currently obtain that consent and that acknowledgement, and accordingly do not rely on any early expiry of your right of withdrawal.
